1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in FLEXiDO, a structured retail distribution system. By activating as an Inventory Support Distributor (ISD), you agree to operate under these Terms, which are designed to ensure transparency, compliance, and sustainability.
FLEXiDO is not a recruitment scheme, investment pooling, or speculative program. All participation and potential earnings are tied exclusively to documented product movement through official channels.
2. Nature of the Program
- FLEXiDO operates as a team-managed distribution system driven by measurable retail activity.
- Every activation links directly to a Retail Participation Link (RPL), ensuring traceable entry into the system.
- Inventory support is centrally managed to ensure fairness, stock availability, and protection against market saturation.
3. Participation Guidelines
- Eligibility – Only individuals or entities meeting compliance requirements may activate as an ISD.
- Activation – Each ISD receives a unique RPL upon activation, connecting them to the centralized stock pool.
- Role of an ISD – ISDs support distribution, ensure availability, and expand reach through measurable retail channels.
- Compliance – All activities must align with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
4. Earnings Structure
All earnings within FLEXiDO are performance-based and derived solely from logistics and retail activity, not recruitment.
Key earning mechanisms include:
- Service-Based Rewards (SBR) – Daily credits tied to inventory support and FSIV compliance.
- Direct Link Rewards (DLR) – Credits for system expansion via activation of new ISDs through an RPL.
- Group Milestone Cycles (GMC) – Credits earned upon achieving balanced distribution volumes.
⚠️ Note: All rewards are subject to compliance caps for sustainability. Excess credits beyond caps are automatically dissolved.
⚠️ Credit Availability: All SBR daily credits earned from Day 1 to Day 30 are subject to a mandatory five (5)-day holding period and will only become available for withdrawal upon completion of at least two (2) activated referral links. In contrast, GMC credits, including those earned through spillovers, arise from balanced distribution volumes and may accrue freely without referral conditions.
5. Global Accessibility
- ISDs may operate within or outside the Philippines.
- All activations are processed through system-issued RPLs.
- Rewards are credited directly to each ISD’s dashboard.
- ISDs are not required to personally store, ship, or sell products.
6. Compliance Commitment
FLEXiDO enforces a strict compliance framework:
- ✖️ No pooling of funds
- ✖️ No speculative returns
- ✖️ No recruitment quotas
All rewards tied exclusively to documented retail performance.
Compliance caps enforced for fairness and long-term stability.
7. Limitation of Liability
- FLEXiDO does not guarantee fixed or recurring income.
- Results depend entirely on actual retail performance and distribution activity.
- The company reserves the right to adjust mechanics to ensure compliance, fairness, and sustainability.
8. Amendments
FLEXiDO may revise these Terms at any time to reflect regulatory updates, operational improvements, or compliance adjustments.
9. Acceptance
By activating as an ISD, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
